Five people -- including a state senator, a state police sergeant and a mother -- have been named to a panel to examine the behavior of Catholic priests in the Springfield Diocese.
Of course, props should be given to Stephen Brady and Roman Catholic Faithful for their years of calling attention to the Springfield Diocese.

More garbage printed in Newsday claiming the Catholic Church is bad to women. According to the author:
- there is a "crushing shortage of priests worldwide"
- women are involved in all sorts of ministry but because they can't be ordained "their hands are tied"
- there is a sacrament called absolution
- women are forbidden to administer the sacrament of the sick to a dying Catholic
I am sure this would all be news to Alice Von Hildebrand, Pia de Solenni, Peggy Noonan, Mother Angelica, Mary Ann Glendon, etc...

I just got back from the U2 concert in Joisey! They were good, it was my first U2 concert and I will be seeing them again in October. I don't know alot of their music so I can't really give a good review. I wanted to hear Angel of Harlem and Still Haven't Found What I am Looking For but they didn't play them. They did Sunday Bloody Sunday and the crowd sang well. The new song Vertigo was great. Now for some sleep.....
