Split Over Nassau Sept. 11 Memorial


"Nassau County has chosen a memorial design honoring nearly 300 county residents who died in the 9/11 terrorist attack, but the county and the designer disagree about building a separate wall for uniformed personnel."

This is similar to the argument occurring at Ground Zero-should the police and firefighters who died on Sept. 11th be given a separate monument?
